For Moose Toys' first foray into the consumer show world at San Diego Comic-Con 2024, they trusted Promo360 to not only design their MrBeast Labs experience but also guide them through show management and convention logistics. Promo360 maximized a 20'x20' footprint to feel like a 40'x40' experience by using height, levels, and meticulous planning of guest flow within the space. The booth celebrated the brand launch with a life-sized custom Mutator Tube featuring a curved LED screen and interactive game that gave away $10,000 daily to lucky winners, a life-sized hologram of MrBeast himself that unexpectedly interacted with fans, and a retail shop for exclusives. Guests lined up for hours for the chance to enter what became THE booth to visit on the show floor, turning a new brand into a must-see destination that had to be seen to be believed.
