Mike has a 24 year history of working exclusively in marketing and promotions for major brands, including Marvel, 2K Games, Boom! Studios, Gazillion, Sony, Sega, Konami, NBC, Citibank, and many more. Now in its 14th year of business, D’Alessio created and launched Promoguys Marketing, with a solid focus on promotions and experiential marketing, especially in the pop culture convention space. Ten years later, he used his wide ranging experience to launch Atlantic City Boardwalk Con, a first of its kind comic-themed convention in Atlantic City, New Jersey. In 2017, Fan2Sea set sail as the first fully chartered comic-themed event aboard Royal Caribbean’s Brilliance of the Seas. Now in 2018, PromoGuys has merged forces with Six Foot to launch Six Foot Promo.

He is also the co-owner and founder of Atlantic City Boardwalk Con, and is the owner and founder of ComiXcruise, which had a wildly successful first-ever comic convention at seas in 2017 with Fan2Sea. Mike and his team are poised to revolutionize experiential marketing.
With 20 years of experience across a variety of industries, Jen has built big ideas from small budgets & crafted strategies that increase sales revenue, partnership value and ratings. As a marketing executive at Marvel, Disney, and MGM Studios, she helped launch and sustain such successful properties as Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Ultimate Spider-Man, High School Musical, Hannah Montana, and more through events, partnerships, and promotions. Her experience also extends to consumer products brands like Sam Adams, as well as pro-social efforts for both Disney and The Truth. After joining Six Foot in 2014 and overseeing creative direction, and event production for the corporate brand, she helped launch Promo360, leading convention strategy and client relations.
Sean has been involved in the world of pop culture conventions for more than 10 years. He started with SuperHeroStuff.com, building their presence while handling booth design, shipping logistics, floor placement, and overall execution. From there, he joined Promoguys Marketing Group in 2012, where he assisted with logistics, booth builds, and A/V for clients including BOOM! Studios, Marvel Entertainment, Undead Labs, and Comicave Studios. He also became Operations Manager for Atlantic City Boardwalk Con (ACBC), where he lead show floor design and layout, planning the exhibitor kits with the unions, and overall run of the show floor. Now part of Promo360, he leads event design and execution.
From small local anime shows to the biggest gaming and comic cons across the country, Stacey has been involved in the convention community for over 15 years, striving to find the most effective ways to improve fan experience, regardless of budget. Stacey has held a myriad of positions on staff (volunteer coordinator, panelist, cosplay judge, expo hall management, panel coordinator) and on the expo hall floor, using every piece of feedback to create accessible content marketed to core audiences. Most recently, she’s worked in film asset coordination for Marvel Studios, in addition to her contributions in managing the Marvel booth at a number of shows. As a Senior Manager ofPromo360 she assists in all operations with a special focus on fan satisfaction.
